Product description

In the ceramics industry, it is inevitable to produce a significant amount of ceramic debris during the development of new products or the process of quality management. However, ceramic debris cannot be reused or recycled because it has been through the firing process. The designer crumbles the debris into powder and mixes it with soil paste. The charming glaze is further kept and inlaid into the insert slots reserved during the digital production process. The work is like a cloud of debris crashing against a high wall and stirring up a wave. It could be interpreted as a battle between them.
