Product description

In the ramekin (0.3L), prepare the traditional "oeuf cocotte", from the simplest recipes to the most elaborate variations. Place the lid on to finish cooking (depending on how you prefer the white egg) or to keep warm until ready to serve. The upper part acts as an egg cup, for brunch or dinner. Made of ceramic, the temperature rises gently and evenly, for cooking the egg at the right temperature and down to the minute, without a double boiler. The yolk will remain runny and the whites barely set. The ceramic also keeps warm during tasting.
