Product description
The "dual-core" blade of the Shun Nagare series is produced by kai in an innovative forging process. Here, two types of steel with different properties, a flexible, robust VG 2 steel and a particularly hard VG 10 steel, are bonded to a 72-layered Damascus blade. As a result, the double-sided blades have a particularly long-lasting edge retention, and excellent sharpness.
