Product description
The mandolin is equipped with 4 interchangeable stainless steel blades for slicing, preparing sticks and fries (9mm), making juliennes and vegetable tagliatelle, for waffle effect cuts. 3 graters with holes of 1 mm, 3.5 mm or 6 mm diameter for grating vegetables, cheese or chocolate. The blades are easily clipped onto the base and are locked for a safe cut. A knob allows you to adjust the thickness of the slices at will between 3 mm and 7 mm. Practical, the handle ensures a good grip, and the push button protects the fingers
