To weave a flatweave rug (5 feet x 7 feet) and a co-ordinating box cushion in a double cloth motif. The famous Bauhaus weaver Anni Albers wrote: Double weaves have a special nimbus about them for reasons not clear to me. They are thought to be intricate, hard to grasp, open only to advanced students. To my mind they are simple to understand and can be handled by anyone with just common sense- which I admit, sometimes seems rare. "On Weaving" Anni Albers Page 50
