This large decorative bowl in white porcelain enamel contains two small stylised boots that appear to come straight out of Duchamp’s inspiration. Made of ever so sightly blue traditional white porcelain made in the French department of Lot, its large diameter and comfortable height allows salads, soups or fruits to be served without its feet coming in the way of its bare utility. « Les pieds dans le plat » (to put one’s foot in one’s mouth) is part of a poetic design
