HANDEL & HENDRIX
Recreation of historic bedspread
Handel & Hendrix in London is a museum dedicated to the lives and works of the baroque composer George Frideric Handel and the American rock singer and guitarist Jimi Hendrix, who lived at 25 and 23 Brook Street respectively. Working from faded photographs, Wallace Sewell recreated the bedspread for Jimi’s bedroom, restored in his London home to what is was when he lived there between 1968 & 1969.
