Designer-Art scarves

French-American artist living in Chicago, Isabelle Gougenheim uses the scarf as a unique medium to express her creativity. The 137-centimetre square motifs, printed on a fabric made of modal and silk or cashmere, are the graphic interpretation of travel stories. By merging abstraction with real imagery, such as butterflies, hearts and printed words, Gougenheim creates catchy patterns that transport the viewer to distant places.
