Movietessil is the innovative line of fabrics made entirely by hand in the weaving school and textile research center "L'Ecole de MADAME FOILE based in Sardinia (Italy), using cotton, Sardinian rustic wool and recycled VHS tapes.
A unique project of its kind, which harmoniously combines the use of archaic manual frames and contemporary materials. White natural material and black synthetic material becoming a union of elegance, refinement and uniqueness. The MADAME FOILE fabrics are produced by women psychiatric patients included in a path of social and work inclusion. Movietessil is a registered trademark and the designs used are registered and protected by copyright.
