"20 years’ experience in the ready-to-wear sector gave me the impetus to create BED AND PHILOSOPHY in 2009, a universe inspired by a lifelong passion for home textiles. I love natural materials and especially linen. I started out selling bed linen in a multitude of half-tone colors... Then, I ventured into creating giant-sized cushions adorned with poetic and amusing messages. The sofas were developed in a similarly organic manner, by superimposing foam blocks. I wanted to create sofas without structure, using no wood or metal." Sonia Provost, designer and director of BED AND PHILOSOPHY.
