MYB Textiles (Scotland) is the only manufacturer of Scottish Leno Gauze weave, later known as Madras, and the only company involved in both designing and production of Nottingham Lace. MYB offers 15 stocked collections as well as bespoke designs.
MYB Textiles was set up in 1900 by Thomas Morton, Alexander Young and John Borland.
The company uses high quality yarns, including cotton, wool, chenille and linen. 15 collections stocked by it comprise over 400 fabric designs as well as table covers, finished window panels, baby blankets and wallpaper.
MYB prides itself on innovation and sustainability. Its recent innovations include Trevira CS fabrics and light emitting woven textiles produced on Madras looms.
At MOM 2023 MYB will be launching its new Kelvin collection of patterned Nottingham lace based on MYB’s timeless designs.
