ANNE-SOPHIE BOULOGNE

Passionate about ceramics for over twenty years, I am a self-taught artist. Depending on where I live, I attended various workshops such as the Safran cultural center in Amiens and the Petra workshop in St Brès.

I recently trained in filming in Montpellier. Contact with the earth is essential to me and represents an infinite space of freedom. With nature as inspiration, I never stop experimenting by trying to push back the constraints imposed by the earth. I mainly use porcelain and its delicacy in tribute to the raw beauty of nature. At the same time to create unique sculptures but also for utilitarian objects which make it possible to embellish the everyday life and on which I invent decorations of ethnic inspirations (African, shibori effect, ...).
