Christophe Pourny was born and raised in Southern France. Growing up in his parents antique store in Fayence made the love of furniture second nature to Christophe. Twenty years ago Christophe moved to New York and opened his restoration studio in Brooklyn. The studio specializes in French polish, Straw Marquetry, & antique restoration. In 2010 partner Jason Jobson joined the studio after twenty years as an executive with luxury fashion brands. The duo created the collection of Tonics, Creams,and Waxes that are now sold around the world. In 2014 Pourny published The Furniture Bible.
