KAMAKURA HANKO
Kamakura Hanko is a small, family-run business run by third-generation craftsman Mitsuhiro Tsukino and his wife Chieko. Tsukino, a nationally certified hanko maker, handcrafts all of his shop's seals by hand in his workshop in Kamakura, Japan.
Located in the historical town of Kamakura, Kamakura Hanko has been selling handmade hanko seals for 70 years. The small, family-run business has more than 30,000 seals under its belt. It is run by third-generation craftsman Mitsuhiro Tsukino and his wife Chieko. Tsukino, one of the few nationally certified hanko makers in Japan, sculpts and paints all of the shop's seals by hand using certified materials imported from Yamanashi Prefecture. Kamakura Hanko produces high-quality hanko seals for every day and professional use.
