Iconic Danish design. The bowl was designed in the 1950s by the Bernadotte & Bjørn design studio in Copenhagen. One of the designers, Sigvard Bernadotte, who was the brother of the Danish Queen Ingrid, was allowed in 1954 to name the dish after her daughter, the then Princess Margrethe. But Rosti is much more. The Margrethe bowl is part of a huge family of dishes, tableware, and utensils that prioritize functional value, reflect current fashion colours and are made in the high quality for which Rosti is renowned.
