Paris Launch
On May 31, 2021 ANAORI hosted a launch event in Metafore in Paris. Chef Laurent Petit of The Clos des Sens, chef Alexandre Couillon of La Marine, Chef Victor Mercier of Fief and chef Stéphane Laruelle of Metafore all created original recipes with the kakugama for the event. The Naturality Tour by ANAORI will return to France at the end of the summer with Maison&Objet as the final destination.

Tokyo Launch
On April 8, 2021 ANAORI kakugama was unveiled to the world in a press event at Social Kitchen Toranomon in Tokyo. A presentation of kakugama was followed by demonstrations from chef Koyama of Aoyagi, chef Okuda of Ginza Kojyu and chef Yakushijin of unis. The chefs expertly showcased the unique properties of the kakugama by illustrating how this cooking tool enhances the essence of each ingredient.
