Ananbô was born from a sense of nostalgia—the longing for a lost 19th-century French art: the panoramic wallpaper. These striking frescoes, unfolding lifelike landscapes before the viewer’s eyes, once adorned palaces, grand reception halls, and prestigious residences until 1865. Today, the Maison revives this forgotten art with the utmost respect for the historical tradition: original hand-painted artworks crafted by the artists in our workshops and an imaginative vision drawn from the two most dream-inspiring regions of the world—the European South and the Oriental tropics.

Ananbô inaugure un geste inédit dans l'univers du panoramique : le « lé d'horizon ». Ces huit paysages méditerranéens de 5,50 mètres, conçus pour être posés à l'horizontale, transforment le mur en une ligne de respiration architecturale. De Bosco dorato à Orizzonte, ces fragments de nature se juxtaposent ou se répondent pour créer un décor sur mesure. On ne tapisse plus : on compose. -

Ananbô poursuit son voyage initiatique dans le Midi européen avec deux nouvelles escales mythiques : « Un été à Tivoli » et « Les jardins de Positano ». À l’occasion de la Paris Design Week, la Maison Ananbô a le plaisir de révéler sa nouvelle collection de papiers peints panoramiques : «Collection Italienne». «Les Jardins de Santa Giulia» et «Les jardins de Livia» premières toiles de cette rêverie italienne, se dévoileront au showroom parisien de la marque.
