Valota is a French artist with international scope. He is a painter, sculptor and ceramist.

Ceramics are a natural extension to my sculpture work because I have always chosen to create fusion through fire with bronze, wax and tar and now with ceramics. I have selected faience to explore raw, strong and sensuous forms. For certain pieces, glaze enhances contrastes, playing with the details, the light and shadows of the work.
