Best specialty of France 2014 In memory of the "Mouss" who went down the Siam street in Brest, Pierre Le Petitcorps created Le Pompon, a delicious salted butter caramel flowing in a thin shell of dark chocolate. Created in 2004 after months of research, Le Pompon will become Best Chocolate Specialty in France in 2014 The authentic is salted butter caramel but today it comes in Yuzu, raspberry, passionfruit and hazelnut.
