At JNPR, we have removed the vowels, just as we have removed the alcohol. What's left? The essence of the aperitif and conviviality, for aperitifs with less sugar and without alcohol.
Our recipes were developed with Flavio Angiolillo, a famous mixologist from the 1930s, ranked among the 50 best bars in the world. They have their origin in a long work of preparation and research from spices and plants traditionally used in classic spirits. This work has resulted in the unique flavors, the "adult taste" that is the characteristic of the JNPR range. The idea of JNPR is to have a drink more adapted to our time, which can provide the same emotions as alcohol, without any other consequences.
