The promotion of viticultural know-how and respect for nature are strong values that we want to associate with the art of living of the aperitifs of the Midi (in the south of France) to create organic alcohol-free aperitifs produced in France.
OSCO is the exclamation used in the markets during weigh-ins. When we arrived at the right weight, at the right measure, we shouted "OSCO!", "Bravo!", "Well done!". This reflects the long work carried out in our assembly to obtain the perfect balance and in our anchorage in the south of France.
