Mariadela Araujo Studio, offers custom made design services, bespoke artworks and textiles solutions for living spaces, indoor or outdoor.

My approach and love for textiles has been passed by my grandmother who is almost 100 years old and is still a very active maker , I found in textiles the right tools to express my feelings and ideas into objects, colored, textured and unique. My expertise is in weaving, but I had been formally working with embroidery, collage, sculpture and clothing since more than a decade. Nowadays I spend my days creating, researching and teaching to become a better designer and to elevate the craftsmanship into art.
