In 2019 Sterre asked her mum if she could try makeup. As a strong believer in the power of self expression, Karlijn wanted to help her in her desire to experiment and discover her unique self. She looked for makeup products especially designed for kids & teens without nasty ingredients and ended up empty-handed only products filled with harsh chemicals! She felt that should change and the rest is history. TOOT! was born! Our mission is to give kids and teens the space to discover themselves and experiment freely, knowing that their skin is being taken care of at the same time.
