We are Olav, a german Start-up that rethinks high-quality cookware. Over 2 years, together with engineers, professional chefs and feedback from over 250 people, Olav's founders developed a frying pan with a copper core that not only offers a completely new cooking experience, but can also be re-coated - real quality and valuable resources are preserved.
We have now expanded our product portfolio to around 21 products, including wok and braising pans, but also copper core pots or our Olav chef's knives made of high-tech steel.
