Home furniture made from water hyacinth hand weave fabric.

MUNIE works exclusively with local communities in North Eastern Thailand. Craftsmanship artisan use traditional handmade techniques. This allows such traditional techniques that are part of the Thai culture. The main concept of MUNIE products is to recycle water hyacinths, those plants that proliferate in all the rivers of Thailand and constitute a natural pollution. From water hyacinths we obtain a yarn. The materials dyed using only natural plants such as mango leaves, coconut shell, indigo or marigold. This limits substantially our footprint on the environment.
