KAKUSHIN-KOGEI “Innovative Crafts” is formed by the inheritors of 5 traditional craft techniques in the Kinki region of Japan. They first met in a salon organised by Kansai Bureau of Economy,Trade and Industry in order to promote the traditional Craftsman ship. Thought their techniques are very different to one another, they carry same credo : Strive to develop a new markets, by constantly proposing new innovations. From Japan to the world. From the past to the future, KAKUSHIN-KOUGEI enhance Japan's proud craftsmanship.
