"COQ KANAKO KAJIHARA" is an original Japanese brand created by Kanako Kajihara. Inspired by color healing and circular living within nature, COQ uses eco-friendly materials and techniques that minimize waste to balance sustainability with well-being.

The name "COQ" (pronounced ko-kyu) comes from the Japanese word to breathe deeply. Inspired by the nature Hokkaido, Kanako Kajihara's creations reflect a design concept that conveys a sense of mental and physical comfort that allows one to breathe with ease. We value sustainability and utilize eco-friendly and up-cycled materials, in order to minimize waste. Through advanced knitting techniques our socks are reversible and feature unique textures, from fur-like volume to shimmery sheers.All our products are made in Japan, supporting Japanese artisans and preserving their skills for the future.
