I am Clémentine Aguettant, a ceramic artist, and I create unique pieces intertwining dreamlike journeys and theatricality.

In her studio amidst the sky, visited by fantastic creatures, Clémentine Aguettant's hands are guided by a narrative aesthetic. On the Île de Ré, surrounded by salt marshes and the Atlantic Ocean, Clémentine mainly works with stoneware, but also with plaster, cardboard, and any material that serves her creations. Reinventing common forms, she tells stories, weaving a link between the imaginary, mythology, and everyday life.
