Manufacturing in a small town where people and nature coexist

Hita City is a small town in Kyushu, Japan, with a population of approximately 58,000. It was once the economic and cultural center of Kyushu. Blessed with abundant natural resources, the region has a long history of craftsmanship utilizing forest resources. This exhibit will showcase products made with sustainable materials and traditional manufacturing methods, focusing on tableware, furniture, and other household items made by local companies. Furthermore, based on Japanese technology and aesthetic sense, we will propose new products that meet the needs and lifestyles of overseas markets.
