ECOLÃ, small handcrafted certificated company since 1925 (three generation family) working with 100% sheep wool and taking care of all the wool cycle, from the shearing until the final product. Products made of 100% pure new sheep wool: throws, blankets, cloths and accessories in Burel. ECOLÃ’s factory is in Manteigas, in the heart of the highest mountain in Portugal, Serra da Estrela. Burel is a waterproof fabric,100% wool, used since medieval era related to the shepherds and their cloaks.
