MARLETTE offers organic baking mixes to prepare delicious breads, cakes and pastries.
It all began on the island of Ré from the passion of two sisters, Margot and Scarlette about great food and healthy cuisine. They created organic ready-to-use baking mixes, to prepare very easily delicious breads, cakes and pastries made of the high-quality ingredients. You just need to add butter, milk or eggs to the baking mix to obtain culinary delights. Since 2014, you can taste MARLETTE products on site in our own Parisian coffee-shops and buy there the mixes to cook at home.
