In a small historical city of the oriental Turkey, Christine Delpal met Nahide, a master of silver jewellery, involved for many years in developing income for groups of Turkish women. By training them to unique, handicraft practices Nahide contributes to promote a unique know-how in silver weaving and to preserve this cultural heritage. This is one of the hardest handmade jewellery technique. KOKAZ jewels have their own unique style which cannot be compared with another jewellery design. All of our KOKAZ jeweleries are made by this group of women. This jewels are made with 1000 carat silver.
