When Pierre de Coubertin conceived the flag with the famous 5 circles, he wanted it to be a symbol, representing an ideal of universal friendship between the continents. This is where our story begins: on 11/03/20 the WHO officially declares the state of a pandemic with its grey areas and painful legacies. The project for the Winter Olympics to be held in Milan and Cortina in 2026 gives us a project for future and food for thought.
