From the simple stone seats of the Neolithic period to the thrones adorned with medieval history, the chair's journey has been a quest to elevate everyday life into something extraordinary. A winding structure made entirely of birch fold, 'betula' is the first prototypes of apical reform in fluid deconstructivism. The seemingly simple shape of the chair is revealed with each layer designed and hand mounted accurately. (customization available)
