These majestic washbasins are meticulously crafted from a colored glass base that forms the sink, adorned with striking details known as "rostrums" around the exterior.The Rostrato technique involves layering molten glass like an incandescent “wrap” along the outer diameter of the main body. Once the glass "embrace" is applied, it is shaped spike by spike using precise movements with tweezers.This process is highly demanding, requiring speed, precision, and expertise to handle the massive, scorching glass.
