“I used very fine wire to work on the surface as soon as the form was completed on the wheel. The more common method is to wait until the clay has dried a little, and then use blades to sculpt or work on the surface. But I prefer my method as even the small- est hand movement is expressed on the surface,” he said.
“The end product varies depending on the type, thickness and shape of the wire as well as the pres- sure applied through the hand.
