Poster - kødbyen

This illustration was originally created for the litterary magazine "Atas" for the essay “Out of the hamster wheel, but inside the economy” written by Christian Steentofte Andersen. The essay explores how Copenhagen has evolved during the last 20 years, seen through the lens of literature written in this period of time. The illustration is showing the meat packing district in Copenhagen which used to be super working class but has developed into a hipster paradise of restaurants and clubs.
