With Rencontre, Patrick Jouin does a reinterpretation of the ornament for Marotte. The ornament's theme is back in the spotlight thanks to the emergence of new machining techniques. Patrick Jouin reinvents Marotte's sculpted panels and explores all the possibilities the machine has to offer. His work goes well beyond focusing on matter and the ways of giving it shape. Indeed, Patrick Jouin is hard at work modeling light as a material in its own right. The Rencontre collection features 16 designs available in 8 colors.
