Oros Grater L is part of the Yoshikawa brand's EAToco line made in Japan and are innovative, functional, elegant graters that can be used in the kitchen or at your dining table, by grating your food directly onto your dishes! They allow you to grate ginger, garlic, wasabi, Japanese white radish (Daikon), or parmesan. Other existing sizes: 28x120x11 (Oros Grater S - AS0040) and 48x203x10 (Oros Grater M - AS0012). It is recommended to accompany these rasps with a Hake Brush brush (AS0052) to remove or clean the residue on your grater.
