Cross.sideboard

cross is a sideboard that pays homage to modern and late-modern sideboards through the simplicity of its shape, its materials and its textures. It has, however, a dynamic feeling to it given by the arrangement of the oak veneer on the drawers’ fronts, doubled by the zig-zag-ing movement of the fronts. They 'hug' the furniture conveying the idea of dynamics to its sides. The 45° angle joint of the 'hug' provokes a geometric reaction in the top and bottom countertops, as well as in the middle drawers - a set of geometric cuts similar to that of precious stones.
