Simone Post took the material one step further towards 3D objects. She covered poufs with Vlisco left over textiles, like flowers that overgrow the construction of a building. Nature reclaims its place in the petrified world. Textile waste as matter: All the works gain more and more details, this is perfectly exposed in the Burning Blossom works.
