Cake mold in the shape of a large Madeleine to make gourmet pastries or travel cakes. All the pleasure of madeleines in large format! Made of 0.30mm thick non-stick coated steel thanks to its special ILAG non-stick coating for uniform and optimal cooking of preparations and easy unmolding once the mold has been buttered or oiled.
