Product description

The lemons we use come from the Cinque Terre, more specifically from Monterosso: this is where the farm from which we take our lemons grows its citrus organically. In wide, lush soils where the trees are kissed by the sun and bathed by the sea breeze, the farmers select only those lemons that have ripened to the right point. After the harvest, the lemons arrive at our workshop: after careful washing, the most fragrant peel, rich in essential oils, is removed to create a delicate essence that gives the chocolate its distinctive signature.
