The orthogonal pattern uses the ancient Japanese technique of “shibori itajime” reinterpreted in a contemporary and timeless language. The plaid becomes an abstract landscape, a vibrant and poetic image that is the result of several layers of slightly offset folds (itajime). Origin of the textile: France and Italy.
