Product description

Hand-dyed hemp (60%) and linen (40%) throw in natural indigo and sorghum, 150x200cm. The orthogonal pattern uses the ancient Japanese technique of “shibori itajime” reinterpreted in a contemporary and timeless language. The throw becomes an abstract landscape, a vibrant and poetic image that is the result of several superpositions of slightly offset foldings (itajime). The name Cuvée is a reference to the actual dyeing process, where the textile is immersed in a vat to absorb the color. Origin of the textile: France and Italy.
