An example of 'product marketing' is the ballpoint pen, whose components are not recycled and are discarded as regular waste. Curiously, these components resemble the traditional Korean “Four Friends of the Office” (Munbangsawoo): paper, brush, ink, and inkstone. With the exception of paper, the other elements have evolved into the modern pen.
