Cast bronze saucepan

This is a beautiful cast bronze saucepan. It has a 5mm thick wall. The exterior has wonderful sculptural pitted detail, which takes its inspiration from a morel mushroom. It is part of Eaglador's Morel collection. Specifically, it is made of Kansa bronze an ultra superior metal which is 78% copper, 22% tin. It is a good metal to use for cookware as while other metal utensils like copper and brass react to acidic foods including tomatoes, lemon, and salt, Kansa is safe from such reactions due to the high percentage of tin. The high tin content in the bronze makes it naturally non stick.
