Wood-fired oven made of two pieces of professional quality 160Tm pressed kaolin for all types of uses, unique and patented.**It has a high density structure with a base and walls of 8cm thick capable of accumulating more heat than a traditional wood-fired oven. This amount of stored heat allows us to cook in a stable way as it maintains a constant temperature for a longer period of time.**The floor is very compact and resistant to abrasion.**Self-cleaning by pyrolysis at each ignition.**Cooking in our premium wood-fired oven brings unique flavours, textures and nuances to recipes.
