Placed in the center of the stovetop, this stainless steel grid-plinth is raised to allow the fire to continue to be fed. Enhancing the product, it is used to mark meat at the beginning or end of cooking or simply to simmer food in a cast iron casserole. During the first cooking, the plate will tilt slightly towards the hearth. We studied it this way, so that the fats fall into the household and not onto the floor.
