The Himo fruit basket (Design by Audrey Bigouin) transposes the subtle art of Kumihimo into the home. Pushing the limits of DOMYO's expertise, woven silk threads are deployed in space. Offering a new daily ritual, the Himo fruit basket invites sharing and hospitality, combining functionality and contemplation. Founded in 1652, DOMYO is a historic braiding company specializing in Kumihimo, a traditional Japanese art used in clothing and accessories such as imperial court costumes, sword cords, and obi belts.
